Sister’s Decend on Inman Park Festival
This weekend is the Inman Park Festival and The Urban Oasis will be 100% occupied this weekend. My three sisters who live in the Tampa/Saint Pete area are coming to stay. I have two other sisters who live here in Atlanta and one of them, Mary, actually lives in Inman Park about a mile from me.
Mary is my sister who has a business Felted Heart, that makes children’s clothes from felted wool. She is going to have a booth at the festival and has called out the troops for reinforcement. Cindy has actually been sewing for her so she is eager to get up here to work the booth and get in on the fun. When the sisters all get together we have a good time and this is the perfect weather and excuse to party.
Be sure to visit Mary’s Felted Heart booth and then don’t miss the crazy parade which starts at 2PM on Saturday. Sunday afternoon, we are having an open house at the Wigwam Annex from 2-5, so stop by when you leave the festival and have a refreshment or two.
