City Issue: Lost and Found:

Posted March 31st, 2008 by Judi

Jennifer Sams at City Issue One of my favorite stores in Atlanta is City Issue which specializes in Mid-Century Antiques and collectibles. They use to be located on Peachtree Road in Buckhead near the Garden Hills theater. Anytime I went to Buckhead I would try and stop there and the last time I did they had a sign on the door that they were moving to Elizabeth Street in Inman Park. Yea my neighborhood. But I couldn’t figure out where they had moved until today I found them with a little help from my friend Faith who actually called and got directions. They are at 325 Elizabeth Street in the space that use to be a gym at the dead end of the street, around the corner from Fritti. Faith and I jumped in the car and went right over to explore and we were impressed. Jennifer Sams, the owner has done a great job with the space. First of all it is huge and second she has a lot of wonderful goodies like a vintage orange Eames rocking chair, a Herman Miller office set-up, a lot of old globes, Lucite side tables, and much, much, more.

Head on over and welcome Jennifer to the neighborhood. Buckhead’s loss, our gain.
