I have been designing and building since I was four. Ten years ago, I began doing it for my livelihood. My portfolio includes many types of projects with varying styles. Each space has its own special requirements based upon its location, bones, age, and style and each client has individual needs based upon their lifestyle and taste. What about costs?
I charge $150.00 for an initial consultation. Then my fee is 100.00 per hour or I have a flat rate fee for the the job depending on its size, in the case of extended extended projects. I work on a cost basis after that. In other words I pass on my savings to you and you pay only what the service or materials actually cost.
As as your design and renovation partner/coach, I can give you peace of mind while saving you money on your project because you will have an experienced partner looking out for you and your interests.
