Eight things to do with a Library Card

Posted October 14th, 2008 by Judi

Books, fiction, novels, non-fiction,  magazines, books on tape, computers, classes. A few years ago I made a resolution to start using the public library. This resolution has probably saved me thousands of dollars since I cannot get out of Borders or Barnes and Nobles for less than 50.00 per trip, and sometimes a lot more. One probelm that I have in a library is that I don’t like to spend a lot of time hunting for books. So I am happy to say that I have recently found a website called Goodreads. On the site, you can keep a running list of the books you have read, as well as see what others are reading. You can review them or just give them a star rating. I am in the process of making a list of all the books that I can remember reading. I am only up to listing 140 books so it is going to take some time to get them all down.
